It is not hard to be slowed down by stress in the workplace after we have been working at the same place for a long time. Marvelously flexibility is a way to describe people and therefore we tend to take it as it comes and just dismiss it. The only problem with that approach is it does not work very well. This is one factor that sets the successful person apart from the not-so-successful. They know how important it is to analyze and work on how they think and concentrate on doing just that. Keep a little notebook handy and write down any thoughts that automatically come to mind that have to do with your business. Especially be aware of any limiting thoughts and look for a pattern.
